It's been a long time!

Should I admit now that I haven't blogged in more than a year and half because I couldn't figure out my password?! No?! Moving on then...
A lot has been on my mind the past few weeks and this return to blogging is, in part, to celebrate the expansion of Cole's world. He completed his first day of pre-K yesterday and handled the transition with an impressive combination of excitement and confidence. In fact, this morning I didn't even have the truck parked and he said, "Here we are, see you later, Momma!" I reminded him that I did need to walk him to his classroom. Molly has taken the absence of Bubby with mixed feelings. She LOVES that she can take his spot on the couch, play with HIS toys, and boss Kip and Maggie around but does not like the idea of leaving Bubby at school. She said he rides with her and goes with her!
I can't wait to hear about Day 2!
And, yes, it's good to be back!!
